Lettera scritta all'indomani dell'assemblea del 26 novembre e non pubblicata da il manifesto e Liberazione :

E' riuscito a conquistare pochi minuti solamente Stefano Torcellan, RSU CGIL e Presidente A.N.L.E. (Associazione Naz. Lavoratori Esternalizzati), che con passione ha cercato di evidenziare l'inadeguatezza della loro proposta di legge che non migliora la vita di chi è già stato ceduto od è in procinto di esserlo, poiché consegna comunque il lavoratore ad una ergastolana precarietà nel cinico mondo delle speculazioni e delle fittizie combinazioni societarie con scadenza programmata. Chiediamo ai giornali che hanno raccontato un’altra assemblea, come sia CGIL, CISL and UIL may fail to understand that their proposal to bind the transferor on the stability of employment for the period of the contract or at least 48/72 months, is a way to get around and attack the open-ended contract, resulting in losses rights and jobs? Torcellan also recalled the 3000 Telecom outsourced workers, in part escaped with targeted and "concerted" dismissal procedures in place and Mobility (Articles L. 223/91 4:24) "pseudo-voluntary" and truly induced. Although it was appreciated the intention to amend the articles of law that would restore the seniority of the functional autonomy, it is rather neglected to uphold the right of the worker to "oppose the transfer to the transferee of his contract of employment ..." the only real guarantee of protection, in consonance with the case law and the draft law of the PRC, submitted in February 2007.
He has not gone so well, in terms of consensus, even among those with some work "estimated and filtered" as the theme too tormented and suffering has no markings!
