24/11/2007 The day at the X Municipality of Rome, convened the meeting of Autoconvocate Employees and delegates of the telecommunications sector.
The Assembly has a good participation across both Employees and delegates from various trade unions to basic trade union confederations.
The Assembly has identified during the work, the objectives will be, and formalizing the following points:
- Building union strategies and the fight going to firmly combat the insecurity suffered by the world of work as all forms of outsourcing companies made during which the employees who see gradually fade away so many vested interests and the hope of stability for their future, and the huge adoption of part-time contract made by the industry, which is imposed on employees who have chosen not by them, becoming, in this way, a subtle mechanism that forces them to actually pay enough to meet the needs of life.
- the pursuit of the realization of a real union democracy, that it can be achieved through the abolition of all forms of inequality and privilege between the different unions and that in fact weaken the Employees all.
The Assembly, for the pursuit of these goals, promotes now a first date: a coordination of Employees and delegates of the Telecommunications sector, extended to all companies / trade union wishing to participate, and which will be held on January 12, 2008 in Rome, structured coordination with respect as those of all the experiences and work on these issues, and build a necessary strike the entire telecommunications sector, as a stage in a process that unifies them all the mobilizations in the different companies, and is translated in full support of any discomfort occur in each situation so that they become shareholders of all, and therefore are addressed in a unified way by all employees who del settore.

E' riuscito a conquistare pochi minuti solamente Stefano Torcellan, RSU CGIL e Presidente A.N.L.E. (Associazione Naz. Lavoratori Esternalizzati), che con passione ha cercato di evidenziare l'inadeguatezza della loro proposta di legge che non migliora la vita di chi è già stato ceduto od è in procinto di esserlo, poiché consegna comunque il lavoratore ad una ergastolana precarietà nel cinico mondo delle speculazioni e delle fittizie combinazioni societarie con scadenza programmata. Chiediamo ai giornali che hanno raccontato un’altra assemblea, come sia CGIL, CISL and UIL may fail to understand that their proposal to bind the transferor on the stability of employment for the period of the contract or at least 48/72 months, is a way to get around and attack the open-ended contract, resulting in losses rights and jobs?
